In the unlikely event that something is not functioning on your new Website as requested, River Media provides a 30-day on-demand warranty and support plan beginning on the date your new website is live. During your 30-day warranty we will quickly resolve these items free of charge.

Additionally during our 30-day warranty and unlimited support period we will, modify and fine-tune your website (based on the original specifications) until it meets with your complete satisfaction.

River Media’s 30-Day Warranty & Unlimited Support Plan is provided at no additional cost to all of our Website clients.
